Job summary

Elevate Philippines Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Technical Engineer to join our high-performing team.

You will provide technical support for Microsoft 365, assist with integration of Microsoft solutions, and support change management with internal teams and consultants. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, and familiarity with security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

2+ years experience as a Microsoft Technical Engineer or similar information systems role.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues.
Contribute to the integration of Microsoft solutions with other commercial technologies.
Assist with change management activities by supporting coordination with internal teams and third-party consultants, participating in project planning, and helping with documentation and execution.
Support the administration of Microsoft 365 tenant(s) by assisting with monitoring system health and following established security policies with other members of the Microsoft team.
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, job aids, user education collateral, and standard operating procedures.
Work with business teams to gather requirements and assist in delivering solutions under supervision; help support process improvements and learn how to optimize Microsoft technologies throughout the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing expertise.
