Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer to achieve loan volume targets, maintain profitability and credit quality, and provide excellent customer service. The role includes handling MSME loan inquiries and coordinating with bank units to process and service loan accounts.

Qualifications

• Completion of any Bachelor's degree.
• Sales/fieldwork experience in microfinance advantageous

Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer
• Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans
• Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts
• Coordinates with other bank officers or units related to the processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients
• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
