Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Word & Excel.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to maintain loan quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units for processing and servicing of loan applications.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
• Attend to client inquiries and requirements.
• Review and update loan files and agreements for credit processing and booking.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
