Job summary

Maya Bank is seeking a Product Manager for the Micro Segment to own the strategy, experience, and delivery of product initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and retention for micro users. You will lead app-based growth programs and ensure features are localized, simple, and tailored to micros’ behaviors.

You will collaborate with commercial, engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations to build mobile-first experiences, drive adoption, and optimize the migration of users to the new app.

Qualifications

• Product Management experience, ideally in consumer-facing mobile or digital platforms.
• Proven track record in growth, engagement, or lifecycle products (e.g., referrals, retention, incentives).
• Experience leading end-to-end product delivery in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for micro users on the app.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization with high-impact opportunities.
• Lead delivery of app-implemented programs (affiliate, member-get-member, referrals).
• Oversee migration of micro users from legacy apps to the new app and ensure adoption.
• Collaborate on onboarding, engagement, and transaction experiences for the segment.
• Ensure mobile-first, localized experiences with reduced friction in high-volume flows.
• Own MarTech and AdTech capabilities for segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle engagement.
• Define funnels and metrics; run experiments to improve conversion and engagement.
• Translate insights into product improvements; manage backlog and delivery.
• Align business, engineering, marketing, UX, and analytics for fast, high-quality execution.
