Job summary

Maya is seeking a Product Specialist for the Communications Platform to envision and deliver a customer-centric ecosystem across Maya's touchpoints. You will focus on incidents, fulfillment requests, and inquiries, shaping a one-stop solution for end-user needs.

With a background in product management within fintech, you will drive personas, user stories, and roadmaps while collaborating with SCRUM teams to deliver value and maintain alignment with regulatory and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role within fintech.
• Proven track record of launching and managing financial technology products.
• Familiar with knowledge management solutions.
• Experience with Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and RFI processes.
• Design thinking practitioner level.
• Experience in SCRUM teams.
• Proficient in using data analytics to drive decisions and monitor product performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and roadmap prioritization.
• Familiar with API Framework and platform integration.
