Maya is building an all-in-one money platform to empower Filipinos to manage their finances boldly. We seek a Senior Enterprise Marketing Associate to drive campaigns and partnerships, enabling ecosystem growth with key partners.

You will own product adoption, lead go-to-market planning, and work with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and craft strategic marketing plans for enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience focusing on segmentation, product marketing, or brand management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to convert data into insights and decisions.
• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning for personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product adoption and usage of Maya Business products and ecosystem through partnerships.
• Lead go-to-market planning from strategy, execution, to measurement of impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify market insights, trends, and opportunities for growth to build strategic marketing plans.
• Analyze customer needs and pain points to inform marketing strategies.
• Define and position fintech products for specific customer segments.
• Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns for target segments.
• Measure marketing effectiveness through data analytics and tools; provide actionable recommendations.
