Job summary

NOVACARD in Mexico is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own the mobile app experience. You will shape the UX/UI strategy, oversee end-to-end customer journeys, and ensure the app delivers a simple, fast, and trusted experience for Near Prime customers.

You will partner with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to set metrics, run user tests, and drive activation, conversions, and engagement while maintaining high design quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Significant mobile product management experience in fintech, e-commerce, or consumer services at senior level.
• Ability to own UX/UI outcomes and balance user needs with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the mobile app UX/UI strategy to prioritize simplicity and speed.
• Own end-to-end customer journeys and CJM across touchpoints in the app.
• Analyze in-app behavior and drive activation, conversion, and engagement metrics.
• Lead design collaboration and ensure consistency across features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, legal and marketing.
