Job summary

Maya Bank is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the technical strategy and execution for its Partner Marketing Solutions and Personalization team. You will guide a high-performing engineering group building customer-facing platforms for planning, executing, managing, and analyzing co-marketing campaigns.

You’ll own the technology roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while mentoring

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading software engineering teams and driving execution.
Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
Experience building web/mobile apps, backend APIs, and relational databases.
Hands-on programming in React, Swift, Java, Kotlin, or Python.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy and execution for Maya's Partner Marketing Solutions & Personalization.
Manage a software engineering team across front-end and back-end systems.
Drive sprint planning, OKRs, and delivery with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
Represent the squad and align roadmap with stakeholders.
