East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking an Elite Usage Officer in Taguig City to build and strengthen merchant partnerships that drive credit card usage through exclusive discounts, perks, and spending privileges.

You will develop and execute merchant programs, coordinate campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and grow EastWest Credit Cards brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Experience in account management or partnerships is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage merchant partnerships that provide exclusive discounts and perks for EastWest cardholders.
• Conduct market research and reviews to uncover partnership opportunities and support business growth.
• Conceptualize, negotiate, and execute merchant promotional programs with attractive offers.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of campaigns including approvals and onboarding.
• Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and suggest improvements to drive engagement and profitability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
