You will develop and execute merchant programs, coordinate campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and grow EastWest Credit Cards brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Experience in account management or partnerships is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will establish and strengthen merchant partnerships that drive credit card usage through exclusive discounts, perks, and spending privileges.

You will help develop and execute strategic merchant programs that enhance customer engagement, increase retail billings, and strengthen the EastWest Credit Cards brand.

What the role will entail

• Identify, develop, and manage merchant partnerships that provide exclusive discounts, perks, and spending privileges for EastWest credit cardholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer spending pattern reviews to uncover partnership opportunities and support business growth.
• Conceptualize, negotiate, and execute merchant promotional programs, ensuring attractive customer offers while optimizing business value.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns, including legal approvals, regulatory requirements, customer communications, and merchant onboarding.
• Monitor program performance, prepare post-campaign evaluations, and recommend improvements to maximize customer engagement, credit card usage, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer concerns, manage merchant relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in account management, partnership development, sales, marketing, business development, merchant acquisition, or promotions management is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence external partners.
• Experience in project management, campaign execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver business initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, spending, and campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
