Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for merchant and partner inquiries in Southeast Asia.
• Provide operational support to ensure positive merchant and partner experiences.
• Manage communications with merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Process merchant onboarding from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate store records and documentation in internal systems.
• Support cross-functional teams on operational initiatives and SLA adherence.
