Responsibilities

• Support membership campaigns, promotions, contests, and loyalty initiatives.
• Manage member communications, including EDMs and push notifications.
• Handle membership enquiries and retail escalations, working closely with store teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of membership activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for membership-related projects and initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist PO processing, invoice handling, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure project execution.
• Carry out ad hoc operational and administrative duties.
• Support category planning and go-to-market execution across product categories.
• Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns to ensure timely market readiness.
• Manage product information, system updates, and operational data to maintain accuracy and support business activities.
• Assist with forecasting, inventory monitoring, and product arrival tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to support business objectives.
• Coordinate promotional activities, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Maintain business reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional business activities.
