Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a Merchant Success Executive in the Philippines to manage a portfolio of high-value merchants. You will act as the primary contact, helping merchants maximise value from KPay’s solutions and identifying opportunities to grow engagement and transaction volume.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience, while maintaining a customer-first mindset and data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Merchant Success, Relationship Management, or similar roles.
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, or other tech-driven industries is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with merchants and stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
• Commercial awareness with ability to drive engagement, growth, retention and account value.
• Comfortable with data and performance metrics, translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-GPV merchants, as their primary contact.
• Proactively engage merchants to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Educate customers on KPay’s products, features, and best practices to drive engagement.
• Track merchant performance to identify opportunities to increase transaction volume, retention and value.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on merchant needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up on escalations with timely resolution and clear communication.
• Analyze key metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
