Job summary

ByteDance in Manila is hiring for a Creator & Partnerships Specialist to nurture creators for the Non-Apparel Fashion category, building relationships with influencers and brands to drive growth on our e-commerce platform.

You will manage one-to-one and community communications, develop operation plans to increase creator output and earnings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to run creator-centric campaigns while maintaining policy alignment and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in community management or influencer management
• Proven ability to plan and execute online and offline events

Responsibilities

• Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators earning potential on E-Commerce Platform
• Organise activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies both online and offline
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth
• Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform
• Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required
