Asia United Bank is seeking a results-driven Sales/Merchant Acquisition professional in Metro Manila to grow the AUB payment ecosystem. You will identify prospective merchants, present digital payment solutions, and guide onboarding to ensure merchants are ready to accept QR PH, HelloMoney, and card terminals.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication with diverse business owners, and building long-term partnerships in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged! No prior experience required, but a passion for sales and tech is a must.
• Excellent communication and "people skills." You must be comfortable talking to diverse business owners.
• Proactive, target-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential merchants (retailers, cafes, and service providers) to join the AUB payment ecosystem.
• Present AUB’s digital solutions, including QR PH, HelloMoney, and credit card terminals.
• Guide new merchants through the registration process and ensure they are ready to accept digital payments.
• Maintain good rapport with business owners to ensure long-term partnership.
