Job summary

EastWest Mindanao stores are seeking an experienced Branch Relationship Officer to drive sales, grow managed accounts, and deepen customer relationships. The role requires delivering effective product promotions and meeting business targets on-site in Mindanao.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and at least 3 years in banking sales/marketing, with strong negotiation and communication abilities, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years in sales/marketing of deposit products in banking.
• Experience in Branch Banking operations or service delivery is a plus for frontline sales.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; active client portfolio preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales acquisition and customer retention per growth strategy.
• Grow assigned accounts by deepening client relationships and share of wallet.
• Promote and sell banking products to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and BSP Circulars.
• Maintain high standards in audit, risk, and customer service.
