Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Taguig City seeks a Sales Officer (Embedded Banking) to drive growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships that expand the embedded banking ecosystem. You will oversee onboarding, negotiations, and program implementation to boost customer acquisition and profitability.

You will coordinate sales, marketing, and onboarding initiatives with internal teams, monitor performance, and ensure program launches deliver sustained expansion.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• At least three years in sales, marketing, business development, partnership management, product management, or related functions.
• Strong background in sales, marketing, project or program management, business strategy, financial analysis, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, customer service orientation, strategic thinking, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external institutions to expand embedded banking opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard prospective partners while supporting negotiations, business case development, and partnership program implementation.
• Execute sales, marketing, and acquisition initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program launches and sustained growth.
• Coordinate digital onboarding, process automation, and system integration activities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor partnership performance, track key business metrics, and provide recommendations to optimize revenue generation and partner engagement.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and adherence to service standards.
