Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation in Taguig City seeks a Sales Officer (Embedded Banking) to drive growth through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition in the embedded banking space. You will manage onboarding, negotiations, and program execution to expand the ecosystem.

The role focuses on developing partnerships, coordinating digital onboarding, and collaborating with stakeholders to launch and sustain revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least three years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, partnership management, product management, or related functions.
• Strong background in sales and marketing, project or program management, business strategy, financial analysis, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Experience in partnership development, stakeholder management, negotiations, and execution of revenue-generating business programs.
• Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business opportunities into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, customer service orientation, strategic thinking, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external institutions and organizations to expand embedded banking opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard prospective partners while supporting negotiations, business case development, and partnership program implementation.
• Execute sales, marketing, and acquisition initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program launches and sustained growth.
• Coordinate digital onboarding, process automation, and system integration activities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor partnership performance, track key business metrics, and provide recommendations to optimize revenue generation, profitability, and partner engagement.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, adherence to service standards, and overall program success.
