Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new merchants and contribute to platform revenue growth.
• Conduct presentations and product demos to communicate platform value proposition.
• Manage onboarding process including documentation, account setup, and product uploads.
• Guide merchants in optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns and platform activities.
• Address merchant concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support incubation and growth programs for new and high-potential merchants.
• Assist in strategic initiatives to expand merchant base and platform offerings.
• Carry out other responsibilities to support business objectives.
