Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new merchant partners onto the platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned merchant accounts through regular communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce platform features, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and delivering account reviews, performance updates, and business recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and merchant requests.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify growth opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
• Proactively follow up with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Escalate operational issues and track to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new merchant partners onto the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant accounts through regular communication and account management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce platform features, campaigns, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to ensure successful execution of campaigns and merchant requests.
• Monitor merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and sales.
• Proactively follow up with merchants to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
• Escalate operational issues when necessary and track them through resolution.
• Stay up to date with platform features, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices.
• Perform other duties that support the growth of the business and merchant success.

Qualifications
