Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant acquisition efforts to grow the portfolio and business.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Support and execute sales strategies for acquisition and growth.
• Resolve client issues and escalate where needed.
• Ensure accuracy in client data and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing for onboarding.
• Handle renewals and promote client loyalty.
• Identify opportunities and address issues before they escalate.
• Uphold quality and compliance standards aligned with the Information Security Management System
