Job summary

MONEE (CREDIT) FINANCE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support merchant onboarding and document verification. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to process onboarding requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes timely execution, data quality, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient onboarding and delivery of merchant materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in Operations, Banking, Fintech, Compliance, Onboarding, Document Verification, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with business and government documents and basic regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, data validation, and documentation skills.
• Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to handle high-volume work while meeting SLA/TAT.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchant onboarding requests, validate requirements, and ensure accurate processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams, monitor pending cases, and ensure onboarding is completed within required timelines.
• Process requests for merchant materials.
• Coordinate fulfillment with inventory, logistics, and vendors while tracking delivery and resolving delays.
• Identify recurring issues, manual processes, and operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Support testing, automation, and implementation of approved process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate merchant records, trackers, and supporting documents while ensuring data quality.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage exceptions, and escalations.
