Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
1 year of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, or onboarding.
Proficient in MS Office; familiar with CRM systems and onboarding tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Track the entire merchant onboarding journey from lead to go-live.
Guide merchants and Sales Relationship Managers through onboarding.
Support technical setup of merchants and payment channels.
Collect and verify documents to meet KYC/KYB and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Compliance, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Monitor merchant activity to prevent churn and enhance satisfaction.
Maintain strong product knowledge and suggest service improvements.
Support ad-hoc business initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
