Job summary

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage high-volume tasks, and help improve processes through data accuracy and basic automation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in Operations, Banking, Fintech, Compliance, Onboarding, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with business and government documents and basic regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, data validation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchant onboarding requests, validate requirements, and ensure accurate processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams, monitor pending cases, and ensure onboarding within timelines.
• Process merchant materials requests and coordinate fulfillment with inventory, logistics, and vendors.
• Identify recurring issues and bottlenecks; recommend improvements and support automation efforts.
• Maintain accurate merchant records, trackers, and supporting documents with data quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
