Responsibilities

• Track the entire merchant onboarding journey from lead to go-live.
• Guide merchants and Sales Relationship Managers through onboarding.
• Support technical setup of merchants and payment channels.
• Collect and verify documents to meet KYC/KYB and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Compliance, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Monitor merchant activity to prevent churn and enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and suggest service improvements.
• Support ad-hoc business initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
