Responsibilities include tracking vendor payments and RTV deductions, maintaining records, preparing internal communications, and supporting merchandising meetings and store promotions as needed.

Qualifications

• Track and monitor vendor payments, debit memos, and RTV deductions.
• Coordinate with vendors on billing concerns, payment schedules, and document requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of vendor transactions and support documents.
• Prepare communication materials, summaries, and reports for internal coordination.
• Support merchandising meetings and activities, including documentation and follow-through on action plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
• Provide store support for merchandising concerns, display implementation, and replenishment issues.
