Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or any 4-year course is acceptable.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales and marketing (construction industry or hardware operations a plus).
• Must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with the ability to converse confidently with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Verify that required documentation for customer orders is complete and correct.
• Create and submit Material Requisitions to Purchasers/Head Coordinator.
• Ensure customer order activities are executed within set timelines.
• Coordinate with Product Officers at HQ on supplier deliveries and status updates.
• Update Sales and Operations on status of customer orders.
• Close customer order requests and ensure documents are posted.
