Private Advertiser is seeking a Merchandising Admin to maximize sales volumes and profitability in designated territories. The role focuses on aligning merchandising activities with the company’s strategic plans to strengthen market position and drive profitability.

You will monitor expenses, prepare consolidated reports across regions, and supervise coordinators. Collaboration with partners and merchandisers will be key to driving shopper insights and category performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and actively manage Merchandising expenses monthly to comply with budget.
• Prepare consolidated reports of actual merchandising expenses by region, channel, account, and salesman on various cycles.
• Direct supervision of coordinators and quarterly performance evaluation.
• Monitor agency reports and provide weekly updates to Sales and Marketing on headcount, costs, and activity.
• Coordinate quarterly evaluations with consortium partners and merchandiser agency staff.
• Oversee deployment of Merchandisers and monitor in/out in outlets.
• Conduct Trade Checks weekly to thrice weekly as directed by Merchandising head.
• Address audit points and implement required action plans.
• Investigate concerns raised about outlets and Merchandisers.
• Collaborate with key customers to provide category and shopper insights for performance.

About the role

The Merchandising Admin manages the Company's merchandising with the aim of maximizing sales volumes and profitability and achieving market positions in each designated territory in line with the strategic plans of the Company.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and actively manage Merchandising expenses on a monthly basis to comply with budget given
• Prepare a consolidated report of actual merchandising expense (Visayas/Mindanao, per channel type, per region, per account type, per salesman) monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually
• Direct supervision of the coordinators and evaluate their performance quarterly
• Monitor receipt of Agency Reports and conduct weekly report to Sales and Marketing Department (Head count, manpower update, status in outlet cost to sales, competitive activity, and display update)
• Coordinate and impose quarterly evaluation with the consortium partners and appointed merchandiser agency, the coordinators and Merchandisers
• Monitor Merchandisers (deployment of Merchandisers' in their respective outlets, status of intro/reliever through their assigned coordinators)
• Conduct Trade Check minimum of once a week up to thrice a week or as needed or as directed by the Merchandising head
• Answer all audit points, address all concerns raised and impose action points that is required from the audited points
• Conduct direct investigation with regards to concerns of outlet and the Merchandiser
• Work closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance
