Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts with retail partners and warehouses.
• Oversee inbound stock operations to ensure accuracy against packing lists.
• Monitor shipments, resolve inventory discrepancies, and ensure product quality.
• Assist in retailer deliveries and manage stock movement across locations.
• Prepare transfer orders for approved stock movements based on warehouse inventory.
• Monitor stock levels in retail stores and digital platforms; initiate replenishments and manage markdowns.
• Recommend items for pull-outs, clearance sales, and other inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for product replenishment, inventory count, and quality control.
• Conduct store visits to ensure displays align with brand and merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure all promotional materials, signage, and in-store displays are properly executed and maintained.
