You will manage product records in ERP, upload descriptions, pricing, and specs, maintain master data, and assist with reports and data hygiene. 1-3 years in merchandising or data roles preferred; hybrid schedule with onsite and WFH.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in merchandise administration, retail administration, product administration, supply chain coordination or data management support.
• Proven data entry experience with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product records within ERP systems.
• Upload product information, descriptions, pricing and specifications.
• Maintain SKU and product master data.
• Update product attributes and categorisation.
• Manage and update spreadsheets and reports.
• Prepare weekly merchandise reports.
• Perform bulk data uploads and updates.
• Track product information from suppliers.
