Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Baguio City, Benguet, Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Associate to welcome members, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive gym experience. You will greet members at check-in, conduct gym tours for prospective members, respond to calls and emails, and collaborate with management to boost member retention and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and a passion for health and fitness; flexible hours including evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in fitness or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members, creating a warm atmosphere.
• Answer calls and emails from members professionally and promptly.
• Conduct gym tours for potential new members.
• Monitor member activity and enforce gym policies.
• Proactively ensure member satisfaction and address issues.
• Collaborate with management to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Attend team meetings and trainings on policies and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
