Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking a Customer Success Associate to greet members, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive gym experience. You will tour facilities, support member retention, and collaborate with management to improve satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in fitness/retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer calls and emails from members and address inquiries.
• Conduct gym tours for potential new members.
• Monitor member activity and enforce gym policies.
• Proactively reach out to members to ensure satisfaction.
