Responsibilities

• Assist with new member sign-ups and provide facility tours.
• Monitor member usage and enforce gym policies.
• Promote and sell personal training services and other offerings.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with staff to plan member events and promotions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Attendant to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. The Service Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the gym, assisting members with their needs, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members using our computer system
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas
• Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Assist with new member sign-ups and provide tours of the facility
• Monitor member usage and enforce gym policies and procedures
• Promote and sell personal training services and other additional offerings
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute member events and promotions
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed membership and sales targets
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
