Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members as they enter the gym and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails from members in a timely, professional manner
• Conduct gym tours for potential new members and highlight facilities and services
• Monitor member activity and enforce gym policies to ensure a safe workout environment
• Proactively reach out to members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Collaborate with management to improve member retention and satisfaction
• Attend team meetings and training to stay updated on policies and promotions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
