Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for health and fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members using the gym system.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Conduct equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with new member sign-ups and provide facility tours.
• Monitor member usage and enforce gym policies.
• Promote and sell personal training services and other offerings.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with staff to plan member events and promotions.
• Work toward membership and sales targets and attend trainings as required.
