Job summary

Anytime Fitness Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end client journey post-sale, ensuring members stay motivated, engaged, and loyal. You will lead a distributed team of associates across clubs, driving onboarding, retention, renewals, referrals, and exceptional service.

You will build dashboards, track key metrics, and collaborate with Sales, PTs, and Ops to align service with our high-performance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Retention.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
• Strong emotional intelligence and calm leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Structured with dashboards and feedback loops.
• Focus on customer results and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize client onboarding, driving early wins.
• Build systems to track and elevate client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage, coach, and scale a team across locations.
• Proactively identify at-risk clients and redeploy engagement strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PTs, and Ops for world-class service.
• Translate feedback into strategy and drive continuous improvement.
