Formación

• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to work onsite in UP Ayala Technohub, QC
• College undergraduate with International BPO voice experience
• Graduate of any course, with or without International BPO voice experience
• High school graduate with at least 24 months of International BPO voice experience

Responsabilidades

• Address customer inquiries and issues by identifying their needs, including questions about benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and help select benefit plans and quality care providers.
• Assist with appointment scheduling or connect customers with internal specialists when needed.
• Provide real-time resolutions or timely follow-ups with members.
• Impact: ensure confidence in the care provided to members, families, facilities, and health professionals.
