Qualifications

• College graduates are welcome to apply.
• High school graduates must have at least 24 months of BPO experience.
• Senior high school graduates or 1st year college undergraduates must have at least 12 months of BPO experience.
• 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year college undergraduates must have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, and related concerns.
• Educate members on healthcare programs and benefit plan options.
• Assist customers in choosing quality care providers and maximizing their healthcare benefits.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams and specialists when necessary.
• Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Help members, families, and healthcare providers gain confidence in the care and support we deliver.
