• Willingness to work on shifting schedules
• Must be a Filipino citizen

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and issues by identifying their needs, including questions about benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them manage their health and well-being.
• Assist in selecting the best benefit plan options and choosing quality care providers.
• Act on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling or connect them with internal specialists when needed.
• Provide real-time resolutions or follow up comprehensively and promptly with members.
