Qualifications

• Fresh graduate preferred in medical allied fields.
• HS/SHS graduate with healthcare BPO experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in shifting schedules in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on benefits, eligibility and claims.
• Guide and educate members on consumer-driven health care options and providers.
• Intervene with care providers to assist with scheduling or referrals.
• Provide real-time resolutions and timely follow-up with the member.
