Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries by identifying topic and needed assistance.
• Guide customers on benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Intervene with care providers to schedule appointments or connect with internal specialists.
• Provide real-time resolutions or timely follow-up with the member.
