Optum is hiring for a healthcare customer service role in the Alabang area. You will respond to inquiries about benefits, eligibility and claims, guiding customers through plan options and connecting them with providers as needed.

Fresh graduates (Medical Allied preferred) or HS/SHS graduates with BPO experience are welcome. A strong communicator who can multitask and work shifts is ideal.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates preferred in Medical Allied fields.
• HS/SHS graduates with BPO experience also considered.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries and issues about benefits, eligibility and claims.
• Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and plan options.
• Intervene with care providers to assist with appointments and specialist connections.
