eData Services US, L.L.C. is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant / Medical Virtual Scribe to support US healthcare providers from our Taguig office.

The role involves scheduling, insurance verification, claims processing, and handling patient communications with US hours. Qualified graduates of medical allied fields with strong English, basic computing skills, and willingness to work onsite in Mckinley Hill are encouraged to apply.

• Graduate of Medical Allied courses such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy, etc.

Responsibilities

• Pre-exam verification of insurance eligibility, benefits and coverage
• Submitting claims, responding to claim denials, and resolving EOB issues
• Identifying and finding solutions for common billing issues
• Managing the phones by responding to patient inquiries, scheduling, taking pre-exam histories, confirming appointments, and transferring calls to other staff
• Processing mail by posting it to the EHR and overseeing the appropriate follow-up

Medical Virtual Assistant | Medical Virtual Scribe (full onsite)

Sharpen your knowledge and skills on US medical practices by working directly with US healthcare providers. No experience needed, no age limit, we provide paid training.

The Virtual Assistant is responsible for the delivery of services or projects as contracted by the Client. The services or projects include scheduling and calendar management, verification of insurance coverage and benefits, dealing with correspondences.

• Pre-exam verification of insurance eligibility, benefits and coverage
• Submitting claims, responding to claim denials, and resolving EOB issues
• Identifying and finding solutions for common billing issues
• Managing the phones by responding to patient inquiries, scheduling, taking pre-exam histories, confirming appointments, and transferring calls to other staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of Medical Allied courses such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy, etc.
• Proficiency in English

• Willing to work US hours
• Preferably with previous call center experience
• Willing to work in the office (Intellectual Property Center Building, Mckinley Hill, Taguig City)
