MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant in Cebu IT Park to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic information, and coordinate with onsite providers.

The on-site night-shift role requires excellent English, at least a high school diploma, and 25 wpm or faster typing; training is provided and employees enjoy health, life, and other benefits. This position offers monthly compensation between PHP 20,000 and PHP 30,000 and includes

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and help for scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic information.
• Make outbound calls for patient appointment reminders, wellness checks, and more.

• Google Chat with online personnel, as well as separate chats with DRC team members.

Requirements:

Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office

• At least High School Level with 6 months healthcare BPO experience
• Medical Allied Grad or Non-Medical Allied Grad
• Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
• Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
• 25 wpm or faster
• Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
• Willingness to work overtime is a plus

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 20,000 - 30,000 (depending on BPO healthcare experience)
