Job summary

IQVIA in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a full-time pharmaceutical sales professional to cover Manila, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Quezon City and Makati territories. The role focuses on hospital formulary inclusion, hospital stakeholder engagement, and dispensing-channel sales across the cardiometabolic space.

Candidates should have pharma/biosimilar sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to learn and describe products to pharmacists and doctors.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales.
• Hospital account management experience.
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging hospital stakeholders.
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to learn about products and explain them to pharmacists and doctors.
• Cardiometabolic/diabetology exposure is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and issue-resolution skills.
• Driving license with access to a personal car adds value.

Required Experience

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience
• Experience in hospital account management
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
