Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a pharma sales professional to manage hospital accounts across Manila, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Quezon City and Makati. The role focuses on promoting products to pharmacists and doctors, driving formulary inclusion, and managing the pharmacy dispensing channel.

The ideal candidate has relevant pharma sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience.
• Experience in hospital account management.
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders.
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel.
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territories including Manila, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Quezon City and Makati.
• Engage pharmacists and doctors to promote IQVIA products and services.
• Drive hospital formulary inclusion and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote pharmacy dispensing sales channels and achieve sales quotas.
• Negotiate effectively and resolve customer issues.
