Job summary

IQVIA in Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to manage hospital accounts, drive formulary inclusion, and engage key stakeholders. You will promote dispensing channels and aim to meet sales quotas while explaining products to pharmacists and doctors.

A license with a car may enhance field mobility and compensation. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with cardiometabolic/diabetology experience being advantageous.

Required Experience

• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
