IQVIA LLC is seeking a driven pharma sales professional to cover hospitals in Manila and nearby cities. You will manage hospital accounts, drive formulary inclusions, and engage stakeholders to promote products and services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success. The role emphasizes learning product details, explaining them to pharmacists and doctors, and maintaining excellent patient outcomes through strategic selling.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience
• Experience in hospital account management
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance #LI-CES #LI-PK1
