Job summary

IQVIA in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a full-time hospital sales specialist to drive pharma and biosimilar products across Manila, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Quezon City and Makati. You will manage hospital accounts, promote formulary inclusion, and work with pharmacists and physicians.

Candidates should have pharma sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driving license with own vehicle, and the ability to learn and clearly describe products.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience.
• Experience in hospital account management and formulary engagement.
• Experience with the pharmacy dispensing channel and meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to describe products to pharmacists and doctors with excellent communication.
• Ultrasound? (Not applicable) – disregard.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital accounts across Manila, Makati, and nearby cities.
• Drive formulary inclusion and engage key hospital stakeholders.
• Promote pharma and biosimilar products to pharmacists and physicians.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas with professional negotiation and issue resolution.
• Learn product details and communicate clearly; handle rejection with composure.

Required Experience

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience

• Experience in hospital account management

• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders

• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel

• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus

• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
