Job summary

IQVIA Solutions Operations Center Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to manage hospital accounts across Manila, Muntinlupa/Pasay/Las Pinas/Parañaque, Quezon City, and Makati.

The role focuses on formulary inclusion, engaging hospital stakeholders, and driving dispensing-channel sales. Applicants should have pharma/biosimilar sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales.
• Experience in hospital account management.
• Driving formulary inclusion and engaging hospital stakeholders.
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to learn about products and explain to pharmacists/doctors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology is a plus.
• Possess a valid driving license; owning a car is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive hospital formulary inclusion and engage key stakeholders.
• Explain products to pharmacists and doctors in assigned territories.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas within hospitals.
• Manage hospital accounts across the listed territories.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Required Experience

• Relevantpharma and/or biosimilarmedical sales experience

• Experience in hospital account management

• Experience indriving hospital formulary inclusionand engaging key hospital stakeholders

• Experience withpharmacy dispensing sales channel

• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience incardiometabolic/diabetologytherapy area will be an added advantage

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus

• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional PHP 20,000 allowance
